ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item has a defect, please email an image of the problem to Elizabeth@ShopJewelrySociety.com, to be eligible for an exchange.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You MUST email Elizabeth@shopjewelrysociety.com.
For personalized or custom orders: Sales are final!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for shipping costs.
